My First Interview

1) What did you do to become student of the month?
I worked hard and studied a lot.
2) Were you trying to earn this award?
Yes, I like the award.
3) What is the criteria for winning this award?
Had to have good attendance and good grades.
4) Who decided to give you this award?
The school board and teachers.
5) Will you try to win this award again?
I won't, it was a lot of work.
6) Are you parents proud of you?
yes, they like when I have good grades.
7) Did anyone help you get this award?
Yes, my parents helped me study.
8) Does being student of the month mean anything to you?
Yes, it shows how hard I had to work.
9) Was there a trophy with the award?
I got a certificate, not as cool as a trophy.
10) Was there competition for the award?
Yes, many other people were trying to get it.
11) What kind of grades do you get?
All A's, very high grades and I study a lot.
12) Do you do any community service?
I volunteer multiple times a month at a soup kitchen.
13) Do you play sports?
I enjoy them, but am not good enough to play any of them.
14) Do you think that other students should try to be student of the month?
yes, because it encourages others to work harder and get better at school.
15) Did you do anything extra this month that would have been the reason for getting student of the month?
I volunteered more than usual around my school.
16) Are you proud of the award?
I have it framed in my room, I am very proud.
17) What school do you go to?
I go to Bowie, I'm a sophomore.
18) Do you think you deserve this award?
Yes, I worked very hard for this award.
19) Do you have friends?
Not a single one.
20) Is there anybody you would like to thank for this award?
I want to thank Khan Academy, it helped me with my math tests.
