Final Exam Preview
1) I had a youtube channel when I was 12-13 and I know all about i movie and I'n decent with Final Cut pro. I know all the basics of getting audio and cutting and trimming scenes.
2) Using a DSLR is different from using a phone because you wont be able to look at the footage really until you put it on your computer so you have to make sure that the audio is working and everything is in frame.
3) One of ideas is that I am going to be getting a puppy soon and documenting its growth over the first couple weeks could be a cool idea for the project. Another idea that I like is going mini-golfing with friends, capturing emotions of happy and disappointed would be helpful to telling a story. My other idea is that I could try to learn something new and document my progress with video clips and cool action shots, like learning how to skateboard.
4) Still images can be very useful to show emotion or just add a cool angle for a picture that wouldn't be good for a video. A lot can be taken away from a picture just by looking at different components like lighting and framing which is a little different from video.
5) I could use audio by giving specifics how big my new dog is or if my friend's putt went in or not. I could get creative using different tempos of music throughout my video to evoke more emotion in the person watch it. I think putting music over some of the still images would be best and I narrarate the video parts and some of the images that need explantation.
