Aperture

1)   We relate the pupil of the eye to the aperture of a camera.
2)   The smaller the aperture, the darker the picture, the larger the aperture, the brighter the picture.
3)   Aperture determines if just the close up things in the picture are in focus, or the entire picture is in focus.

Shutter Speed
1)   Sun still up
a)   Quicker shutter speed
b)   Longer shutter speed
c)   Quicker shutter speed
d)   Longer shutter speed
e)   Longer shutter speed
f)   Quicker shutter speed

2)   Sun going down
a)   Longer shutter speed
b)   Quicker shutter speed
c)   Quicker shutter speed
d)   Quicker shutter speed
e)   Longer shutter speed

Auto Mode - Camera controls shutter speed & aperture.
Shutter Priority -  You control shutter speed & the camera controls aperture.
Manual - You control shutter speed & aperture.

1)   A high ISO is better for taking pictures with movement like a sports game.
2)   When you take the picture, put your camera on a still surface for a low ISO.
3)   Use a high ISO when shooting movement to prevent motion blur.
